No Returns / Exchanges
As each artwork is hand-painted and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions (only these)
We will offer a replacement/refund if:
Artwork arrives damaged
Wrong artwork delivered
Damaged product received
Wrong product received
Conditions
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory.
Important Note: Slight variations in colour, brushwork, or detailing are natural in handmade art and not considered defects
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@shopaakaara.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our approval and return instructions — please do not ship items back without confirmation.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us promptly.
