Dry immediately after washing with a soft cloth.
Do not use harsh liquids or chemicals.
Wipe spills immediately to prevent damage.
This item is not dishwasher or microwave-safe.

Crafted from natural materials: Slight variations in veins, grains, size, thickness, and tones are part of the charm.
Hand-painted by artisans: Minor variations in artwork make each piece truly unique.

Shipping and Returns
Please allow up to 7 days from the date of purchase for your hand-painted order to be painted, packed, and dispatched.
Enjoy complimentary shipping across Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Delhi, and Gujarat. Standard delivery charges will apply to all other states in India.
We ship via trusted courier partners and will share tracking details with you once your order is on its way.
Given the unique, hand-painted nature of each Aakaara piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or minor variations in colour or size.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@shopaakaara.com or WhatsApp at +91 8094511117.
Include clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging.
Please keep all packaging until your claim is reviewed.

After we verify the damage, you will receive a Store Credit equal to your purchase value, which is valid for 6 months. This credit can be used on any future Aakaara purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.
